General Requirements

• Reserve as many days as you like, but any booking must be for a minimum of two nights and typically include either a Friday/Saturday OR Saturday/Sunday.
• The Shed typically sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in three queen size beds.
• You must be 21 years old to rent the Shed.
• NO single night reservations.
• NO Sunday check-ins.
• Certain Holidays Weekends require additional nights. See below for Holiday Weekend requirements.
• 50% Deposit due at time of reservation.  Final Payment due 30 days prior to check-in (60 days for posted holidays & special weekends).
• NO PETS PLEASE

Holiday Weekend Requirements

• ALL HOLIDAYS ARE AT OUR REGULAR RATES BUT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS
• New Year’s-Three Night Minimum, Any three nights between December 31 & January 5
• Martin Luther King Jr Day-Three Nights, January 17, 18 & 19
• President’s Day-Three Nights, February 14, 15 & 16
• Memorial Day-Three Nights, May 23, 24, & 25
• Independence Day-Three Nights, July 3, 4 & 5
• Labor Day-Three Nights, August 29, 30 & 31
• Columbus Day-Three Nights, October 10, 11 & 12
• Thanksgiving-Four Nights Any Four Nights between November 26 and December 1
• Christmas-Three Night Minimum, Any Three Nights that included December 24 & 25

The following dates are available, however there is no check-in on these dates.
